Whether Library 2.0 means using new and emerging web tools, making customers your constant collaborators, or re-imagining library services from the ground up, one thing is certain: a flood is here. New technologies, new ways of planning, and new service concepts are here now, providing the library community with new opportunities to reach our current users and to expand. Join VLA Region V for discussions on how to evaluate and use Library 2.0’s critical technologies, and a how to integrate these ideas into action that will deliver the promise of Library 2.0 to your customers.
